Djokovic is married

Podgorica, Montenegro (SportsNetwork.com) – Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic married his pregnant fiancee in a private ceremony in Montenegro on Thursday.

The world No. 1 star and longtime girlfriend Jelena Ristic were wed at an upscale resort on the coast of the Adriatic Sea.

Djokovic beat seven-time Wimbledon titlist Roger Federer in five sets in Sunday’s Wimbledon final, then dedicated the big victory to Ristic “and our future baby.”

The 27-year-old Djokovic and Ristic have been together for more than eight years and are expecting their first child later this year. They first met in high school.
