Delaware adds Sacred Heart to finalize 12-game schedule

Newark, DE (SportsNetwork.com) – The University of Delaware football squad announced an Oct. 4 home game against Sacred Heart on Tuesday to finalize a 12- game schedule this year.

Sacred Heart shared the Northeast Conference title and participated in the FCS playoffs last season. It will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs.

Delaware, coming off a 7-5 season under first-year coach Dave Brock, will play seven home games in 2014.
