Indianapolis, IN (SportsNetwork.com) – The Indianapolis Colts won’t have offensive tackle Gosder Cherilus for the upcoming AFC Playoffs after placing the starting lineman on injured reserve Wednesday.

Cherilus missed the Colts’ last two regular season games with a groin injury after starting 13 of the team’s first 14 contests.

Joe Reitz is expected to man right tackle when the AFC South champion Colts host Cincinnati in Sunday’s Wild Card Round, with offensive lineman David Arkin promoted from the practice squad to fill the available roster spot.

Cherilus, a former first-round pick of Detroit, is in the second season of a five-year contract he signed with the Colts in March of 2013.
