ChiSox snag Guerra off waivers from Dodgers
Glendale, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) – The Chicago White Sox claimed pitcher Javy Guerra off waivers from the Los Angeles Dodgers on Wednesday.
Guerra did not record a decision while participating in nine games for the NL West champions in 2013. He allowed eight earned runs over 10 2/3 innings for a 6.75 earned run average.
The right-handed reliever owns a 4-5 lifetime record and 2.90 ERA over 101 appearances for the Dodgers over the last three seasons.
