Chiefs sign DE Love
Kansas City, MO (SportsNetwork.com) – The Kansas City Chiefs signed defensive end Kyle Love to a one-year contract on Tuesday and released defensive tackle Anthony Toribio.
Love spent last season in New England, where he started 11 games and recorded 25 tackles and 1 1/2 sacks.
Over three NFL seasons, all with the Patriots, the 27-year-old Love has racked up 65 tackles and 5 1/2 sacks in 41 games, including 25 starts.
Toribio appeared in eight games for Kansas City this season and compiled five tackles.
