Cards’ Westbrook comes off DL

St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) – The St. Louis Cardinals activated pitcher Jake Westbrook from the 15-day disabled list on Friday.

Westbrook went on the DL last month with a lower back strain.

The right-hander has compiled a 7-8 record with a 4.49 ERA in 18 starts and one relief appearance this season.
