Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – The St. Louis Cardinals announced their 25-man roster for the best-of-five National League Division Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers beginning on Friday.

Game 1 starter Adam Wainwright will be joined by fellow starters John Lackey, Lance Lynn, and Shelby Miller. The bullpen is comprised of closer Trevor Rosenthal, Randy Choate, Sam Freeman, Marco Gonzales, Seth Maness, Carlos Martinez, Pat Neshek and Michael Wacha.

The 23-year-old Wacha will pitch out of the pen even though he earned NLCS MVP honors last season, helping the Cardinals to the World Series. He had trouble with a lingering shoulder injury throughout this year and pitched just 16 2/3 innings over four September starts.

Yadier Molina and Tony Cruz are the two catchers on the roster, while Matt Adams, Matt Carpenter, Daniel Descalso, Pete Kozma, Jhonny Peralta and Kolten Wong round out the infield. The outfield is comprised of Peter Bourjos, Randal Grichuk, Matt Holliday, Jon Jay and Oscar Taveras.
