Calvillo out, Neiswander in for Alouettes
Montreal, QC (Sports Network) – The Montreal Alouettes will have a different quarterback under center for their upcoming game against the British Columbia Lions on Thursday.
Anthony Calvillo has been sidelined with a concussion suffered in last week’s game against Saskatchewan, so Josh Neiswander will get the call.
Neiswander subbed for Calvillo in that 24-21 defeat, going just 12-of-30 for 147 yards and two interceptions.
With rampant injuries to its defense, Montreal has struggled to a 2-5 record this season.
