Caballero wins IBF World Bantamweight crown
Monte Carlo, Monaco (SportsNetwork.com) – Randy Caballero remained unbeaten for his career and claimed the vacant IBF World Bantamweight title on Saturday with a unanimous decision over challenger Stuart Hall.
Caballero (22-0) emerged victorious thanks to two judges’ 116-111 result and third giving him the victory by a 118-110 score.
Hall (16-4-2) kept things tight throughout, even drawing a caution from the referee after landing a right to his opponent’s groin area in the fifth round.
