Browns’ Tate exits early

Pittsburgh, PA (SportsNetwork.com) – Cleveland Browns running back Ben Tate left Sunday’s season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers with a knee injury.

Tate, who signed a two-year contract with the Browns in the offseason, rushed for 41 yards on six carries before exiting the game in the second quarter.

The 26-year-old spent his previous three seasons with Houston.
