Blues place Paajarvi on IR

St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) – The St. Louis Blues placed forward Magnus Paajarvi on injured reserve Wednesday.

The 22-year-old, who has yet to record a point in four appearances this season, suffered an upper-body injury on Oct. 26 against Nashville.

Paajarvi had been acquired in a trade from Edmonton in exchange for forward David Perron on July 10. He recorded nine goals and 16 points in 42 games with the Oilers last season.
