Bills lose Jackson, Spiller to injuries

Orchard Park, NY (SportsNetwork.com) – Buffalo Bills running backs Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller both exited Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings.

Jackson suffered a groin injury in the first quarter, while Spiller left the field on a cart with a shoulder injury in the second quarter.

The team ruled out both players for the rest of the game, leaving Anthony Dixon as the only available option in the backfield.
