Back surgery ends season for Hawks’ Jenkins
Atlanta, GA (SportsNetwork.com) – The Atlanta Hawks announced that John Jenkins will miss the remainder of the season after undergoing successful lower back surgery on Monday.
The team said the second-year guard will need an indeterminate period of rest before beginning a rehabilitation program.
Jenkins averaged 3.1 points and 1.7 rebounds in 13 games this season.
