American Idol Live: In Person and the Talk of the World!
What could possibly be better than watching the next episode of American Idol? How about seeing your favorite idol stars live and in concert in your hometown? Yes! The American Idol Live! Tour 2012 is coming soon to a town near you, and you won’t want to miss the amazing show with all that the stars have planned.
This summer concert is jam packed with your favorite idol stars from the 11th season of the hit TV show, which many claim to be one of the best seasons in the shows history. The singers include the top three finalists, which are currently Jessica Sanchez, Joshua Ledet, and Philip Philips. All your other favorites that didn’t make it to the top spots will also be there, including Skylar Laine, Hollie Cavanagh, Elise Testine, DeAndre Brackensick, Colton Dixon, Heejun Han, and Erika Van Pelt.
Currently the concert is scheduled with over 40 tour stops all across the U.S. starting in July and running through September. Tickets went on sale May 11th and eager fans are already snapping them up. Stops for the tour include big cities like Newark, New Jersey, Orlando, Florida, Chicago, Illinois, Nashville, Tennessee, Los Angeles, California, Dallas, Texas, and many more. The tour is hitting every major location, so chances are good that Idol’s best are stopping at a venue near you.
Need another good reason to buy tickets? How about the fact that they are donating money to heart disease research? Yes, for every ticket that is sold, the tour is donating a dollar to The Heart Foundation. Heart disease is currently the number one killer of both men and women in the United States, so every dollar that goes to lifesaving research helps! Not only do fans get treated to a rocking concert but they also get to do their good deed for the day.
Who will be the winner of the 11th season of American Idol? Only time will tell, but whoever it is you can bet that they will be tomorrow’s new baby face–and with a devoted legion of instant fans. Ah, the American Idol machine. Fame and mega-stardom…just add water!
