Wright ended 2-for-3 with an RBI and Flores drove in a pair of runs for the split squad Mets.
Jon Niese started for New York and allowed one run on three hits, striking out six over four innings.
St. Louis starter Jamie Garcia yielded two runs on five hits, striking out seven and walking one, over four frames.
Peter Bourjos homered for the Cardinals, who were held to just four hits.
