Jordan Danks and Cord Phelps also homered for the Phillies, with Phelps' three-run shot coming in a four-run fourth inning.
Philadelphia starter Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez gave up two runs in three innings and Justin Masterson allowed six runs on seven hits in 3 1/3 frames for the Red Sox.
