Port St. Lucie, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - David Wright hit a three-run homer as the New York Mets clobbered the Washington Nationals 13-4 in spring- training play.

John Mayberry hit a two-run homer, Michael Cuddyer added a solo shot and Kevin Plawecki drove in three for the Mets. Tyler Pill gave up a hit and a walk while striking out one in 2 1/3 scoreless innings of work.

Ian Stewart hit a two-run homer for the Nationals. Tanner Roark gave up four runs on four hits with a walk in 2 2/3 innings.
