Zack Walters had a pair of hits, including a game-tying double to knot the score at 4-4 in the eighth. Manny Delcarmen got the win with a scoreless eighth for Washington, which rallied from a 4-1 fifth-inning deficit.
Ike Davis smacked a two-run homer for the Mets, who got two scoreless innings and a pair of strikeouts from starter Rafael Montero.
