Fort Myers, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Dean Anna's sacrifice fly in the ninth inning for St. Louis allowed the Cardinals and Minnesota Twins to play to a 6-6 tie in Grapefruit League play.

Cody Stanley hit a solo home run and Randal Grichuk drove in two for the Cardinals. Carlos Martinez allowed five runs on four hits with a pair of walks in 3 1/3 innings.
