Freddy Galvis added an RBI triple in the second inning and Maikel Franco and Ben Revere each knocked in a run in the fourth to back four-plus innings by A.J. Burnett.
The Phillies right-hander was pulled after giving up a two-run homer to Nolan Reimold with no outs in the fifth inning. He gave up three runs on four hits and a walk.
The Phillies knocked around Baltimore righty Ubaldo Jimenez for four hits and four runs and drew three walks off him.
Alex Gonzalez hit a two-run homer with two outs in the ninth and Reimold drew a walk to put the tying run on base for the Orioles, but Cesar Jimenez got Xavier Paul to pop out, ending the game and giving the lefty a two-inning save.
