Kissimmee, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Eric Stults turned in five solid innings and Jonny Gomes had a two-run single in the Atlanta Braves' 5-2 spring training win over a Washington Nationals split squad.

Stults held the Nationals to a pair of runs on five hits, while Todd Cunningham finished 2-for-4 and gave Atlanta a 3-2 lead by knocking in Gomes with a fourth-inning single.

Michael Taylor went 2-for-3 with a run scored to pace Washington, which managed just five hits. Taylor Jordan fired three scoreless innings for the Nationals, yielding just a single and a walk.
