Starter Chase Anderson allowed two runs on six hits over four innings for Arizona, which got two RBI from Mark Trumbo.

Brandon Belt smacked a two-run homer for the Giants. Starter Ryan Vogelsong surrendered three runs -- two earned -- on four hits and a walk over 2 2/3 frames.
