Cincinnati, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Trevon Bluiett and Matt Stainbrook scored 19 points apiece to lead the Xavier Musketeers to an easy 89-62 victory over the Murray State Racers in a non-conference clash at the Cintas Center.

Jalen Reynolds (12 points, 11 rebounds) and James Farr (10 points, 14 rebounds) both registered double-doubles for Xavier (4-0). Dee Davis added 13 points and five assists in the winning effort.

For Murray State (2-2), Cameron Payne scored a game-high 23 points to go with seven rebounds, four assists and two steals. Jarvis Williams and Tyler Rambo netted 14 and 11 points, respectively.

Xavier's dominance started early, as it outshot Murray State from the field in the first half, 61.1 percent to 38.7 percent, on its way to a 52-32 lead at the break.

The Musketeers' field goal shooting dipped to just 35.9 percent on the second stanza, but their comfortable lead was never in doubt.

Xavier dominated the rebounding battle, 56-23, and outscored Murray State in the paint, 56-32.
