Stanford, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Stefan Nastic scored a game-high 26 points, leading four starters in double figures, as the Stanford Cardinal captured a 74-59 win over the Wofford Terriers as part of the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic.

Anthony Brown accounted for 16 points and six rebounds for the Cardinal (1-0), followed by Reid Travis and Chasson Randle with 14 and 12 points, respectively. The rest of the Stanford roster combined for a mere six points.

Wofford (0-1) was paced by Jaylen Allen who dropped in 12 points off the bench, while Karl Cochran and Spencer Collins both tallied 11 in defeat.

The Terriers led by as many as four midway through the first half, but Stanford fought back by shooting an even 50 percent from the field in the period and outscoring the visitors 11-1 at the free-throw line, en route to a 36-27 edge at the break.

In the second half the Cardinal missed on all four opportunities behind the 3- point line, but still connected on an impressive 55.2 percent from the floor overall as it pulled away for the double-digit win.

In a game that featured four ties and eight lead changes, Stanford survived a mere 1-of-8 showing beyond the arc by forcing 16 turnovers.
