Pittsburgh, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Jaron Blossomgame scored 18 points and pulled down six rebounds, as the Clemson Tigers claimed a 71-62 win over Pittsburgh in Atlantic Conference Coast action at the Petersen Events Center.

Rod Hall added 12 points and seven boards to help the Tigers (9-6, 1-2 ACC) notch their first road win.

Cameron Wright had 18 points and Chris Jones scored 11 for the Panthers (11-5, 1-2), who lost at home for the first time in eight tries this season.

Clemson grabbed a 36-31 halftime lead after holding the Panthers to 38.5- percent shooting from the floor in the first half.

Blossomgame scored 12 of his 18 points after halftime, and the Tigers shot 52.4 percent from the floor as a team in the second half to keep the Panthers at bay.

Pitt committed only three turnovers for the game but was out-rebounded by a huge 39-22 margin, including 14-6 on the offensive glass. The victory was No. 250 for Tigers head coach Brad Brownell.
