Rochester, MI (SportsNetwork.com) - Dante Williams scored 20 points as the Oakland Golden Grizzlies defeated the Toledo Rockets, 81-79, in a non- conference clash at the Athletics Center O'rena.

Corey Petros added 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Golden Grizzlies (2-5). Kahlil Felder chipped in 14 points, seven assists and six rebounds, while Tommie McCune contributed 12 points and seven boards in the win.

As for the Rockets (2-4), Jonathan Williams scored 19 points and Justin Drummond added 16 points and seven rebounds. Julius Brown contributed 13 points in the loss.

Corey Petros made a jump shot with three seconds left to play in the first half to give the Golden Grizzlies a slim 37-36 lead at the break.

Oakland shot 60.9 percent from the field (including 6-of-10 from beyond the arc) in the second half as it held on for the victory.

The Golden Grizzlies outscored Toledo from 3-point range, 30-15.
