Reno, NV (SportsNetwork.com) - Jalen Moore scored 22 points and made a perfect 4-of-4 from 3-point range as the Utah State Aggies eased past the Nevada Wolf Pack, 70-54, in Mountain West Conference action at Lawlor Events Center.

David Collette chipped in with 10 points and seven rebounds for Utah State (11-7, 4-2 MWC), while Chris Smith also added in 10 points of his own. The Aggies have won two games in a row.

A.J. West tallied 18 points and nine rebounds to lead Nevada (6-11, 2-3), which has lost three straight contests. Tyron Criswell chipped in with nine points and six boards in the loss.

Utah State shot just 36.7 percent from the floor in the opening frame, and made only 1-of-7 from 3-point range, but the Aggies still took a 29-19 lead into the intermission thanks to a horrible shooting performance by Nevada (25.8 percent) in the period.

The Aggies improved to 55.2 percent shooting in the second half, adding in a 6-of-8 mark from beyond the arc. The Wolf Pack also improved, but only to 44.8 percent shooting as Utah State cruised to an easy victory.

The Aggies held a scoring advantage in points off turnovers, 20-9, and outscored Nevada from 3-point distance, 21-6, in the win.
