The Rebels fell to Western Kentucky last Saturday but rebounded with a 71-68 victory over the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers in front their home crowd on Thursday. Ole Miss holds a record of 7-3 following the victory.
This will mark the first-ever meeting between these two programs.

The Redhawks turned the ball over 17 times, which the Razorbacks converted into 24 points.
Bradley leads the Redhawks in scoring this season with 16.2 ppg, a mark that also makes him the fourth best scorer in the Ohio Valley Conference. Other scorers averaging double digits for SE Missouri State are Johnson (11.0 ppg) and Cleveland (10.2 ppg). Johnson is also the team's best rebounder with 7.3 rpg. The Redhawks have not shot the ball well from 3-point range this season, as their 3-point shooting percentage of 28.2 ranks last in the OVC. They also haven't defended the 3-ball well, as opponents currently convert 39.1 percent of their attempts from beyond the arc on SEMO.
LaDarius White netted 26 points for the Rebels in their victory over Coastal Carolina. Other Ole Miss players to score double figures were Jarvis Summers (16 points) and Stefan Moody (11 points). The Chanticleers did hold a 41-28 lead going into halftime, but the Rebels connected on 60.9 percent of their field goal attempts in the second half, including 45.5 percent of their shots from 3-point distance. Defensively, Ole Miss limited the Chanticleers to a shooting percentage of 31.6 in the final period. Ole Miss' reserves also outscored Coastal Carolina's bench 36-15.
Moody (14.8 ppg), White (13.6 ppg), and Summers (12.1 ppg) are all averaging double figures for Ole Miss this season. The Rebels are scoring 70.7 ppg and converting 42.2 percent of their field goals, ranking them in the middle of the pack in the Southeastern Conference. Ole Miss is however shooting 77.5 percent from the free throw line, the best percentage in the SEC. Defensively, the Rebels have been holding opponents to a 37.2 shooting percentage. Ole Miss is also slightly ahead in the rebounding margin (+1.9) and turnover margin (+1.4).
Both the Rebels and Redhawks are having average performances on offense this season. But Ole Miss' ability to shoot well from the free-throw line and SE Missouri State's inability to shoot well from beyond the arc could be the difference makers in the Jack Jones Classic.
