Murfreesboro, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - Jacob Ivory scored a team-high 12 points as the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders pulled away for a 68-58 overtime victory over the Old Dominion Monarchs in a Conference USA battle at the Murphy Center.

Giddy Potts and Darnell Harris netted 11 points each for the Blue Raiders (11-8, 4-2 C-USA). JaQawn Raymond added 10 points, while Jacquez Rozier pulled down a game-high nine boards.

Trey Freeman paced ODU (15-3, 4-2) with 18 points on 7-of-19 efficiency from the floor. Denzell Taylor chipped in 12 points and seven rebounds for the Monarchs, who had won their last two games.

Middle Tennessee took a 33-30 lead into the intermission after it made good on 47.6 percent of its field goal tries and assisted seven of its 10 makes from the floor in the opening stanza. The Monarchs committed 12 personal fouls and six turnovers in the first half.

ODU managed to stay neck and neck with the hosts down the stretch despite shooting just 33.3 percent from the field in the second period. The Blue Raiders led, 52-51, with 37 seconds left in regulation before Jonathan Arledge drained a 3-point attempt to give ODU a 54-52 advantage on the scoreboard. Ivory made a jumper with nine seconds left to tie the score and Potts secured a defensive board after Arledge missed on the Monarchs' ensuing possession to force an extra session.

ODU was limited to just one made field goal try in the extra session. Potts scored. MT went on an 11-0 run in overtime to take a double-digit lead.

The Blue Raiders' bench outscored ODU's reserves, 39-24.
