Recap: Kansas State vs. Oklahoma State

Manhattan, KS (SportsNetwork.com) - Nino Williams scored 20 points and pulled down a game-high seven rebounds, as the Kansas State Wildcats avenged an earlier loss to Oklahoma State with a 63-53 win over the Cowboys Saturday afternoon in Big 12 Conference play at Bramlage Coliseum.

Marcus Foster and Justin Edwards added 14 points apiece as the Wildcats (12-8, 5-2 Big 12) improved to 9-2 at home.

Phil Forte made all 10 of his free-throw attempts and led all scorers with 22 points for the Cowboys (13-6, 3-4), who dropped to 1-5 in road games. Le'Bryan Nash rounded out the double-digit scorers with 13 points in the loss.

Williams and Foster combined for 20 first-half points and nearly outscored Oklahoma State by themselves, as the Wildcats took a 31-21 lead into the break after holding the Cowboys to 35-percent shooting from the floor in the opening frame.

K-State slammed the door shut in the second half with an ultra-efficient 75- percent effort from the floor (12-of-16).

Oklahoma State never led in the contest. The Cowboys last won at Bramlage Coliseum in 2010.
