Moscow, ID (SportsNetwork.com) - Mike Scott poured in a game-high 22 points, as the Idaho Vandals came from behind in the final minute to defeat the South Dakota State Jackrabbits, 82-77, in a non-conference clash at Memorial Gym.

Scott made 9-of-15 from the field for Idaho (2-0), including 3-of-4 from 3- point range. Bira Seck tallied a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds, while Sekou Wiggs and Connor Hill scored 14 and 11, respectively.

For SDSU (0-2), Deondre Parks and Jake Bittle netted 18 points apiece. Cody Larson logged 14 points and 10 boards, while Skyler Flatten came off the bench to score 13.

Idaho opened up a lead as large as 13 in the first half but only managed to take a five-point advantage into the break, 41-36. Both teams shot greater than 45 percent from the field in the opening 20 minutes.

The Vandals continued to hold a lead midway through the second half until SDSU took control with an 11-2 run, as the Jackrabbits held a 69-63 lead with 5:39 left. With Idaho down one with under a minute remaining, Perrion Callandret hit what proved to be the game-winning 3-pointer.

Idaho held SDSU scoreless over the final 2:16.

The Vandals held a 40-33 rebounding advantage.
