Charleston, SC (SportsNetwork.com) - Darion Clark contributed 15 points with seven rebounds, Julian Jacobs scored 12 and Southern California held on for a 72-70 win over Drexel in the consolation bracket of the Charleston Classic.

Jordan McLaughlin totaled 11 points, eight assists and four steals for the Trojans (2-2), who lost by 20 to Akron in Thursday's opening round.

Damion Lee scored a game-high 32 points for Drexel (0-4), but missed a potential game-winning 3-pointer with three seconds remaining. He had made eight of his first 10 shots from beyond the arc.

Rodney Williams chipped in 14 points for the Dragons, who jumped out to a 19-6 lead and were up 42-28 early in the second half.

The Trojans grabbed their first lead at 51-50 on a Nikola Jovanovic dunk with 10:27 remaining. A Clark layup gave USC its largest lead at 69-63 with 1:36 to play, but Lee nailed a 3-pointer to trim the deficit to 71-70 with 28.8 seconds left.
