Toledo, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Anton Wilson scored 14 points to lead Detroit to a 69-55 win over Maryland-Eastern Shore on Monday in the Progressive Legends Classic.

Juwan Howard Jr. contributed 12 points, while Brandan Kearney and Paris Bass each netted 11 for the Titans (3-2).

Mike Myers led all scorers with 21 points for the Hawks (1-5).

Detroit closed the game on a 21-5 run. Myers converted a pair of free throws for the Hawks to cut the deficit to four, but Bass countered with a jumper which was part of five straight points for the Titans. Bass then sealed it with a dunk to make it a 10-point game with 1 1/2 minutes remaining.

In a tightly contested first half, Devon Walker tied the game with a 3-pointer before he assisted on Ryan Andino's jumper to cap the scoring and help UMES to a 29-27 lead at the break.
