Honolulu, HI (SportsNetwork.com) - Javarez Willis scored 31 points to lead the Ohio Bobcats over the DePaul Blue Demons, 99-78, in the Diamond Head Classic at the Stan Sheriff Center.

Treg Setty and Ryan Taylor added 17 points each for Ohio (4-5), which ended a two-game losing streak.

Darrick Wood scored 15 points and Billy Garrett Jr. and Tommy Hamilton each tallied 13 points to lead the Blue Demons (6-6), who have lost five straight.

Ohio scored 12 of the first 16 points of the game and never trailed after that. DePaul drew within 27-24 after a Forrest Robinson jumper with 6:42 left in the first half, but the Bobcats ended the half with a 17-6 run to take control.

Willis scored 17 of his points in the first half as the Bobcats took a 44-30 lead into the break.

DePaul never threatened in the second half.
