Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Led by 13 points from Kaza Keane, the Cleveland State Vikings downed the Jacksonville State Gamecocks, 60-46, as part of the Global Sports Showcase at the Wolstein Center.

For the Vikings (2-1), Anton Grady added 12 points and Marlin Mason scored 10 and pulled down eight rebounds.

D.J. Felder led all scorers with 16 points for the Gamecocks (0-3), while Darion Rackley chipped in with 10 points, but was also saddled with six turnovers.

The Vikings finished the half on a 12-2 run to take a 34-21 lead into the break. They did so despite shooting just 37.9 percent from the field and 3- of-13 from 3-point range. They held the Gamecocks to 35 percent shooting, including 1-of-5 from beyond the arc.

In the second half, the Vikings improved to 42.9 percent shooting from the field and knocked down 3-of-6 from 3-point distance. The Gamecocks continued to struggled with their shots, hitting on just 36 percent from the field and 2-of-9 from deep. The Vikings maintained a double-digit lead for the entire second half, going ahead by as many as 21 points, as they cruised to the easy victory.

The Vikings had the edge on the boards, outrebounding the Gamecocks. 39-24. JSU did not help its cause at the charity stripe, shooting just 11-of-18 from the free-throw line, while CSU connected on 14-of-17 from the line.
