Corpus Christi, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Austin McBroom nailed a 3-point jumper with seven seconds remaining to lift his Saint Louis Billikens to a 60-57 win over the Bradley Braves during the Corpus Christi Coastal Classic at the American Bank Center.

McBroom scored a career-high 26 points and reserve Milik Yarbrough netted 10 points and grabbed four rebounds for the Billikens (4-2). Brett Jolly also finished with 10 points.

Reserve Warren Jones scored 17 points for Bradley (2-4) in the loss. Auston Barnes came very close to a double-double, as he tallied 12 points and nine rebounds. Josh Cunningham contributed 11 points and seven boards.

Bradley held a 34-27 lead going into halftime, after shooting 46.2 percent from the field in the opening period, including a 5-of-12 mark from 3-point range. The Billikens stayed close, shooting 50 percent on their field goal tries.

Saint Louis played great defense in the second half and held the Braves to a 35-percent shooting percentage. The Billikens continued to shoot well and converted on 11 of their 23 field goal attempts in the final period, including McBroom's game-winner.

The Billikens won the battle of points in the paint, 28-12. The Braves got a good performance out of their bench as the Bradley reserves outscored the Saint Louis reserves, 21-14.
