Peoria, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - Warren Jones scored 33 points to power the Bradley Braves to an 84-73 victory over the Central Michigan Chippewas in a non-conference tilt at Renaissance Coliseum.

Omari Grier added 13 points off the bench and Auston Barnes tallied 11 for Bradley (3-4).

Chris Fowler netted 24 points in the first loss of the season for Central Michigan (5-1). Braylon Rayson tacked on 17 points, John Simons chipped in 12 and Josh Kozinski contributed 11.

In the first half, Bradley made an even 50 percent of its field goal tries, while Central Michigan managed only eight field goals. The Braves led, 37-29, at intermission.

The Braves did not relent in the second half, coasting to victory by shooting 55.6 percent from the floor, while knocking down 24-of-32 free-throw attempts.

Bradley enjoyed a 41-20 edge in rebounds.
