Interim head coach Jack Del Rio said there was no new damage to the ankle.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He&#8217;ll definitely play this week. He&#8217;s ready to roll,&#8221; Del Rio said.<\/p>\n<p>Manning took several rough hits during this past Sunday&#8217;s game against San Diego and came up limping after a fourth-quarter completion that helped seal Denver&#8217;s 28-20 victory.<\/p>\n<p>The four-time NFL MVP has the Broncos off to an 8-1 start heading into a matchup against the unbeaten Chiefs set for Sunday night in Denver.
