The two-time All-Star missed the first two months of the season after injuring the tendon sheath in his wrist while training for the World Baseball Classic in March.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is the first time he came to us,&#8221; Yankees manager Joe Giradi said afterward. &#8220;He feels there&#8217;s not enough strength there. He&#8217;ll have it checked out, and yes, I&#8217;m concerned.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The 33-year-old has struggled mightily since returning from the disabled list on May 31, batting just .151 with three home runs and 19 strikeouts in 53 at- bats.
