Rookie quarterback Matt Barkley will also dress for the game.<\/p>\n<p>Vick was listed as questionable on Friday&#8217;s injury report with a hamstring injury. He left the Eagles&#8217; 36-21 win over the New York Giants last Sunday with the injury.<\/p>\n<p>Vick has played in all 16 games only once in his career. It happened in 2006, his final year with the Falcons.<\/p>\n<p>Foles&#8217; lone victory as a starter came last December at Tampa Bay. He heads into Sunday&#8217;s contest with a 1-5 record as a starter.<\/p>\n<p>Tight end James Casey (groin) is also inactive.
