Instead, he signed a one-year contract on Friday to remain with the Rangers.<\/p>\n<p>Frasor, 36, made 61 appearances in his first season with Texas, going 4-3 with a 2.57 earned run average.<\/p>\n<p>The right-hander has spent the bulk of his 10-year career with Toronto. He has compiled a 30-34 record with a 3.67 ERA and 36 saves in 586 games, all but 81 with the Blue Jays.
