This was his fourth Asian Tour title.<\/p>\n<p>The Australian opened and closed his round the same way, with eight pars in a row. Hend dropped shots on nine and 10 at Taiwan Golf and Country Club to go with his 16 pars.<\/p>\n<p>Sam Cyr struggled to a 5-over 77 and ended alone in second at plus-1.
