Sports, the deal is worth $5.6 million, with the second year being a player option.<\/p>\n<p>Williams, 30, averaged 12.9 points and 6.2 assists in 46 games for the Jazz last season.<\/p>\n<p>The 6-foot-1 guard has averaged 13.8 points and 5.0 assists per contest over 10 seasons with the Jazz (2003-04, 2012-13), Bucks (2004-08), Cavaliers (2008-11) and Clippers (2011-12).
