He was 89 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Donovan, who played from 1950-1961, spent nine of his 12 NFL seasons with the Baltimore Colts and was an integral member of the team&#8217;s 1958 and 1959 back- to-back title runs.<\/p>\n<p>A member of the 1950s All-Decade Team, Donovan had his No. 70 retired by the Colts and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1968.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Sports Network) &#8211; Hall of Fame defensive tackle Art Donovan passed away on Sunday from a respiratory ailment.
