It was the first Challenge Tour victory for the Welshman.<\/p>\n<p>The 34-year-old tripped to a bogey at the first, but came back with birdies on three, five and seven at Kytaja Golf.<\/p>\n<p>Around the turn, Manley connected on back-to-back birdie efforts at 12 and 13 to move to 22-under. After four pars in a row, Manley bogeyed the last to trim his winning margin to two.<\/p>\n<p>Jose-Filipe Lima fired a 5-under 67 to grab second place at minus-19.
