After being listed as day-to- day with ankle inflammation for a week, additional tests performed Tuesday revealed the severity of the injury.<\/p>\n<p>Holiday will not participate in any basketball activities until his symptoms improve.<\/p>\n<p>In 37 games this season, Holiday is averaging 15.2 points, 7.1 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 1.6 steals.
