LA (SportsNetwork.com) &#8211; Golden Soul, 2013 Kentucky Derby runner- up, will go for his third straight win Friday in the $50,000 Buddy Diliberto Memorial Stakes at Fair Grounds.<\/p>\n<p>Trained by Dallas Stewart for Charles Fipke, Golden Soul will start the 1 1\/16-mile turf race from post 5 in the nine-horse field. The Diliberto Memorial will be the 4-year-old chestnut colt&#8217;s fifth consecutive grass start.<\/p>\n<p>Golden Soul will be making his first stakes start since finishing sixth last June in Belmont Park&#8217;s Brooklyn Handicap. He began 2014 with a fifth in the New Orleans Handicap at Fair Grounds and was seventh on May 2 in Churchill Downs&#8217; Alysheba.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Golden Soul rallied from far back to finish second to Orb in the Kentucky Derby as a 34-1 longshot.
