This was his fourth victory on the Asian Tour.<\/p>\n<p>The Singapore native birdied the fourth and ninth, both for the third round in a row, en route to making the turn at 19-under. Mamat bogeyed the 10th, but came right back with a birdie on the 11th.<\/p>\n<p>Mamat stumbled to another bogey at No. 13. He posted back-to-back birdies at 15 and 16 to cruise to victory.<\/p>\n<p>Lionel Weber carded his third 70 of the week to grab second place at minus-14.
