Hsu jumped ahead of the pack with three birdies in a 4-hole span from the 14th. She parred the last to earn the victory.<\/p>\n<p>Kendall Dye (68) and second-round leader Olivia Jordan-Higgins (72) shared second place at minus-9. Dye had moved to 11-under with a birdie at 15, but bogeyed 16 and double-bogeyed 17 to fall back to 8-under. She birdied the last to tie for second.<\/p>\n<p>Hannah Jun carded 67 to move into a share of fourth place at 8-under 205.
