Flyers general manager Ron Hextall later said the star center&#8217;s injury is a new occurrence and he entered camp in good health.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This just happened today. It&#8217;s the first day of camp and guys go 100 miles per-hour and things happen,&#8221; Hextall said. &#8220;Obviously its not the way you want to start.
